How do I place an order?
We have partnered with ETSY (Etsy.com) for order placing. Each product page will have an “order now” button that will take you to our ETSY store to purchase. The store is personalizedfinds.com and has the same products and more.

What are my payment options?
Being that you will be ordering through ETSY, you will have extensive payment options offered to you.

What shipping methods do you offer and what do they cost?
Objects of Desire / PersonalizedFinds orders are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) . At the time of checkout on ETSY you will be able to view and select the level of service that suits your needs.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We can ship to a P.O. box when you ship via USPS.

Will I receive a shipment confirmation?
Yes. Once we have processed your order for shipping, we will send you an e-mail with the shipping information and a tracking number so that you may track your order in transit.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We do using ReShip (www.reship.com) for international purchases. Contact ReShip for information and account set up then order away.
Returns, Order Changes, & Cancellations

What is your return policy?
objects of Desire products are custom made just for you. Each is hand cut, sewn, and personalized / embroidered to your specifications. We do not stock any products only our raw materials to create your purchase. Because of this, all items are not returnable for a refund. Please make sure that you have checked over the initials, spellings, and color before submitting your order to make sure it is correct.

What if I need to change my order?
We will be happy to change your order as long as it has not gone to production. Once it is in production we will not be able to make any adustments.

What if I need to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order as long as it has not gone to production. Once in production, orders cannot be canceled.

Objects of Desire products are made in the USA. We stand behind the quality of every one of our products and each item is evaluated for exceptional quality prior to shipping your order to you. From our seamstresses, embroiderers, detailers, packers, and shippers - each one will review your order item by item to ensure it is perfect. Because we make it here in the U.S.A. are sure you will appreciate the craftsmenship of each item. Note: variations in fabric color and finishes are to be expected due to the imported hand loomed fabrics we use. Slubs and nubs in our silk dupioni and linen fabrics are characteristic of the fabric and not to be considered flaws.

How did the company get started?
Objects of Desire grew out of a simple love for beautiful textiles, trims, and scents. Founded by Jill Owca in 1996, the collection started out in the home decor industry. High-end pillows, table textiles, and custom bedding were the focus of the business. Realizing that the look and feeling of these products were in demand in other categories, Jill decided to modify her products to meet those category needs. Taking the embellished pillow concept and using imported fabrics, trims, and botanicals, she created delightful collections of sachets, wine wraps & gift bags. Today, the line is a unique blend of personalized travel accessories, sachets, pillows, and special items that coordinate with one another.
